• A coffee expréss double (two cups)
  • A third of glass of ice
  • A third of glass of milk
  • Natsucar Organic Sugar or Natsucar Turbinado Sugar to taste

Add all the ingredients are  in the blender. It is served in a glass and is left to pour, or to lower the foam a bit. Then, add a bit more of the drink and is decorated by chantilly cream.
